1. General Website Use
- BTOA.bm is designed to serve the public, visitors, and transport customers by providing access to taxi booking services, updates, and general information about the transportation industry in Bermuda.
- Use of the site must be lawful and respectful of BTOA’s mission and the community we serve. Any misuse or unauthorized attempt to access systems or data may result in restriction or legal action.
2. Bookings and Service Availability
- Confirmed bookings made 24 hours or more in advance will be honored, subject to vehicle availability.
- Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be accepted on a best-effort basis. BTOA will attempt to fulfill these requests, but cannot guarantee availability.
- All booking confirmations will be sent via email to the contact address provided during checkout.Â
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund, minus any applicable booking and service fees.
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the booking will be refunded, minus any booking and service fees.
- No-shows will incur the full charge and will not be eligible for a refund.Â
3. How We Use Your Information

- Communicate: Send confirmations, updates, and respond to inquiries.
- Marketing: Send newsletters and promotional materials related to BTOA Connect Transport Services. You can opt-out at any time.
