The statement sets out a documented account of engagement between the Association and the Ministry of Transport, including formal correspondence, meeting requests, and subsequent actions taken by the Association.  It also identifies a material inconsistency between statements made in the House of Assembly regarding the state of engagement with the taxi industry and the documented record of that engagement. The purpose of this submission is not to advance a political position, but to ensure that the record relied upon by legislators and public offices is complete, accurate, and aligned with verifiable documentation.
